If the request is already specific, such as admissions-test preparation, research support, or targeted subject teaching, we may recommend starting directly with the relevant programme.

Most Quplex programmes are delivered one-to-one. Workshops, olympiad sessions, project groups, and partner programmes may use small-group formats.

Students are matched with mentors based on subject expertise, current level, goals, learning needs, and the work involved. When selecting mentors, we consider both academic expertise and a strong teaching or supervision record.

Yes. A full academic trajectory may combine diagnostics, subject support, research mentorship, mathematics enrichment, career exploration, and admissions planning. An academic advisor coordinates the different elements and monitors the overall plan.

Progress is reviewed against agreed goals. Depending on the programme, this may include completed work, academic performance, mentor feedback, exam practice, research outputs, and application milestones. In full Quplex trajectories, an academic advisor monitors progress and adjusts the plan where necessary.

A publication-ready paper has been researched, written, and refined to a standard suitable for submission to an appropriate student journal. Quplex can support journal selection, preparation, submission, and responses to editorial feedback. Acceptance remains at the journal’s discretion.

No. Quplex provides teaching, preparation, supervision, and strategic guidance. Final decisions remain with universities, examination boards, journals, and other independent organisations, so we cannot guarantee admission, grades, publication, or other externally determined outcomes.

Yes. Most Quplex programmes are delivered online, and we work with students worldwide. Sessions are arranged around the student’s time zone, academic schedule, and mentor availability.

Programme length depends on the student’s objectives. Focused support may involve several sessions, while research, enrichment, or admissions work may continue for several months or throughout an academic year. The scope and timeline are agreed before the programme begins.

Comprehensive Academic Diagnostics starts from £500. Fees for other programmes depend on the format, duration, mentor expertise, and level of academic coordination required. Following an introductory conversation, we provide a written proposal setting out the recommended scope, timeline, and fees. No work begins until the proposal has been agreed.

We agree on the communication format at the beginning of the programme. Depending on the engagement, parents may receive progress updates, academic recommendations, summaries of completed work, and proposed next steps.
